RETURNS

We allow returns for refunds only and do not process exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aaiwholesale.com to obtain a return authorization. Include the item’s order number and your reason for the return in your request. Returns shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank, once the return is received and inspected.

RETURN METHOD

Returns must be sent by mail. Shipping instructions will be provided with your return authorization.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance items
  • Final Sale items
  • Perishable items
  • Special-order items
  • Custom products
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse any return at management’s discretion if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth in this policy.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Except for items damaged during purchase, returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

FORM OF PAYMENT

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

RESTOCKING FEE

To cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 10% (or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less) may be applied to the following items:

  • Electronics

This fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is returned due to being damaged or defective.
